Hey ladies ;]

I seriously cannot get over how awesome you all are. The comments and support are amazing, you keep me writing. Thank you so much !

I absolutely loved this story and I'm very happy that you all did too. I was also sad to see it end but I promise to bring more just like it. To be honest, I didn't really consider a sequel until now after reading your comments about it but now I can honestly say that its a definite possibility :D

I really liked this particular Bette and Tina. I guess because they were both so independent that it made them that much more explosive together. It was pretty hard to imagine Peggy as being the big "B" I portrayed her to be mainly because I absolutely loved her on the L word but I'm glad at least she sounded convincing.

I have a few things coming up that'll keep me busy for a while but it won't be for too long I promise ! I have some stories lined up for when I return but until then, I hope you enjoy this special post. Talaula, let me know if its better than NASCAR LOL

Thanks again and happy reading <3

"Once upon a time, there were two beautiful women who were madly in love with each other. Unfortunately, they were both really prideful and it caused them to fight a lot. One day, they had a terrible fight . . . a fight so bad that they didn't see each other for five long years"

Bette lifted her eyes to meet Tina's when she felt the blonde shift under her. She smiled and watched her wife get into a more comfortable position, lifting her body up to assist Tina before once again settling between her wife's legs. She waited another moment for their eyes to meet and Tina offered an apologetic smile. Bette simply winked and lowered her gaze once more, speaking in a soft soothing voice that widened Tina's smile.

"What most people didn't know about these two women was that they had a special bond and no matter what they faced, they always found a way back to each other. Soul mates are always destined to find one another and these two . ." Bette paused for a second to look up into Tina's loving stare once more,  ". . were definitely soul mates"

Tina smiled as her eyes began to fill with tears. She stroked one of Bette's arms that were resting at her side, caressing the smooth skin as her she recalled an unforgettable memory.

"They say that people are born with only half of their soul, the other half restin' within someone else. People spend their entire lives searchin' for that missing piece, desperate to reunite both halves and become whole. Unfortunately . . not everyone is lucky enough to find it. When I was 10 years old, I met my best friend and right then I knew . . I found my other half"

Tina swallowed hard, a smile spread across her trembling lips as she felt a warm tear run down her cheeks. She looked deep into the eyes of the most beautiful woman she had ever seen, the woman who at 10 years old stole her heart and would carry it always.

"Tina . . since we were kids, I always knew I wanted to spend my entire life with you. I've always known we were destined to be together. There's no one in this world that can understand me like you can, no one who's as passionate and lovin' . . carin' and understandin'. There's no one in this world that I could ever love as much as I love you. You're it for me, baby. You're the one"

Tina smiled wider, dropping her head for a moment due to the overwhelming emotions swimming through her body. Bette had been holding Tina's hands in hers and the blonde watched as a single tear fell onto the back of one of her hands only to be wiped away with a gentle swipe of Bette's thumb. She lifted her head once more, met with that same loving gaze that always seemed to warm Tina all over. She felt loved and cherished, adored and desired. It was an incredible feeling of happiness to be looked at like that, speaking volumes beyond anything words could achieve.

For a moment, Tina was speechless. Her throat felt closed up, her mind and heart battling for a chance to open themselves to the woman standing before them. In one swift motion, Bette brought a hand to Tina's cheek and with her thumb, caught a tear that had escaped. Tina inhaled deeply at the warm touch of her beautiful wife, her eyes watching the way Bette silently mouthed "I love you". Just like that, everything inside Tina calmed and she found the will to speak.

"I used to think it was a little crazy to be so in love with someone at such a young age. Sometimes I used to get scared that my heart would get bored and want somethin' else. I was afraid that my heart would get tired one day and stop lovin' you but that was never the case, not even when we were apart. The heart wants what it wants . . and since the day you first kissed me .
