After finding Tina and Angie sleeping the girls dispersed through the house so they would not make any noise and wake any of them.  Alice was sitting by the pool with Helena and Tasha; Jenny was writing in the living room, Carmen was washing dishes in the kitchen and Shane was in the porch smoking. Angus arrived at the house and walked up to Shane:

     Angus- Hey Shane, how are you? How's Angie?

     Shane- hey Angus, doing fine and Angie's over the moon 'cause Tina came home today. Actually they are both sleeping right now in Tina's bedroom. Did you know we can visit Bette now? She's been moved to a private room out of the ICU.

     Angus- no I didn't know. Is Kit here?

     Shane- nope, last I talked to her she had to be at the Planet today.

     Angus- yeah that's what I thought, but I went there and she wasn't working, I thought she would be here.

     Shane- well come on in, lets see if any of the girls has talked to her.

Shane and Angus walked to the house asking Jenny and then Carmen if they had talked to Kit, they said no and joined Shane and Angus as they made their way to the pool. They found Helena sitting in lounge chair and Tasha and Alice sitting in another, thay said hello to Angus when they saw him.

     Shane- has any of you talked to Kit today, Angus has been trying to find her or reach her and nothing.

     Alice- (after thinking for about a minute) OMG, Tina told Kit she would be back to the hospital after a couple of hours and it's been like almost 4 hours now. Kit must be panicking thinking something might have happened to Tina.

     Helena- why would she think that?

     Tasha- because she made Tina come home after she almost fainted when she went to get up at the hospital. Tina didn't want to leave Bette.

     Angus- but she isn't answering her cell phone, do you think something happened to Bette?

Everyone was silent for a moment fearing the worst, after all Kit had told Tasha and Alice all the things that can still happen to Bette, dying being the worst even though none was good, and at dinner Alice had told the rest of the gang. Not letting her thought get the best of her Tasha spoke again:

     Tasha- I'm sure every thing is fine, I'm sure Kit just had to turn her phone off because of the machines in the room.

     Alice- Tasha maybe right, now that I remember when TK called this morning she used the phone in Bette's room and not her cell phone. That has to be it. The number its in the table in the living room Angus, you can get it and call Kit.

     Angus- ok thanks, I'll call her now to know how everything is.

     Alice- Angus can you tell her that I'm on my way to the hospital now and that I'll see her in a few minutes. (Angus nodded yes) Thanks!

Angus left to call Kit, leaving the girls alone.

     Alice- well girls I'm going to the hospital to stay with Bette so Kit can take a break. Tasha, will you go with me?

     Tasha- I'll go but I can't stay, I have to go to the army base, they want to offer me a new position, maybe as a recruiting officer.

     Jenny- what does that mean?

     Tasha- it means that I won't have to deploy if I say yes. It also means a much better paycheck and better hours.

     Jenny- that's awesome.

     Alice - yes it is. Baby you can take me to the hospital and then leave, I'll catch a ride with who ever drives Tina when she wakes up.

At that moment they remembered that Tina was still sleeping and they all had the same thought: "Tina's going to be mad when she finds out they let her sleep instead of waking her so she could be with Bette". At the same time none of them cared what she thought, she needed sleep and resting and she needed to spend time with Angelica even if it was sleeping.

     Shane- I'll take TK to the hospital when she wakes up if we don't get our heads chopped up.

Everyone laughed at Shane's comment knowing it could happen. Alice and Tasha left for the hospital, Jenny went to her house to shower and write, and Helena had to go run some errands so Shane and Carmen where the only ones left to deal with Tina.

At the hospital parking lot Tasha parked the car and looked at Alice whose face showed that she was both sad and scared.

     Tasha- baby are you sure you want to do this? I know how much you're hurting right now and its ok if you don't want to do it. Maybe one of the girls can come until Tina arrives. I know its not easy for you to be here, it brings back bad memories for you.
