Carrying Jamie, Tina walked into the bedroom finding Bette reading a magazine.
Hi babe, how you feeling? she asked, breaking Bettes concentration
Eh?, am fine thanks ohh...no, no.. wait, put her here Bette said extending her arms, wanting the baby.
Sure smiled Tina loving the tender look in Bettes eyes.
Taking the baby in her arm Bette forgot about Tina and the rest of the world. As Tina moved to the window to close it she noticed Bettes feet. It was barely cover by the sheet; her left cast leg was on the bed. Watching it Tina noticed something that without her notice drew a mischievous smile on her face as she was thinking, imagining what she was going to do the moment the girls were out of the house With that idea in her mind Tina left the room smiling like a fool.
As Tina was in the living room with Jules, Bette placed Jamie on the bed, at her side. Laying closer, Bette was lovingly looking at her, lost in her cuteness. Caressing her soft cheek Bette let a sigh escaped her lungs. Leaning down she placed her lips on Jamies cheek to give her a long full of love kiss. Breaking it she could not resist to lay there a few seconds longer, loving her softness, her smell, her tiny self.
Tina walked in just at that moment, finding Bette drooling over Jamie, whispering sweet words to the baby with her eyes closed and her hand holding hers. Feeling as if happiness was going to make her body explode, Tina felt a knot in her stomach, scare to feel so well, to love the moment so much. Everything she wanted, she loved the most was in that room. Noticing Tina Bette opened her eyes
Hey she sweetly whispered.
Hey whispered Tina back, walking to sit on the bed.
Seeing Jamie asleep, Tina whispered,
You have a gift you know
Looking at the baby, unable to move the smile from her face, Bette whispered,
YeahI always make girls to fall asleep at my side
Giggling, Tina nodded. Noticing Jules staring at her she added,
I wouldnt say thatyou know how to charm a woman lady her words flirting.
Seeing the amused look on Bettes face, Tina, pretending to sound nonchalant added,
Or that is what Ive heard
Taking a few seconds to compose herself, loving Tina words, her looks, the Madonna image she had as she was holding the baby. Bette placed her hand on Tinas bare knee.
How are you holding up?...am sorry I cant help you more Bette said, hating the cast even more.
Oh, dont worry.you are helping plentyif you make this little one fall asleep too you will make my day Tina said placing Jules on Bettes arm.
I can try smiled Bette looking at the baby, pretending to find the task difficult,
Knowing that Bette had nothing to do or say to her once she had the babies with her, Tina left the room smiling like a fool.
Staring at Jules, noticing his bright eyes, caressing his nose, Bette drew a line over it, loving the fact that it was exactly like Tinas.
Youhow could you be so cute? You look just like your mommy, you know that?...oh yesoh yess(noticing how the baby was mimicking, trying to smile, Bette continued)yesyouyou my little man
Talking like a fool, loving each second, Bette leaned forward kissing Jules forehead. As she was doing it she noticed someone staring at her. Looking up she saw little Tina at the doors frame looking at her.
Hey Bette said, smiling, trying to figure it out since when was the little blonde there.
Hi Little Tina answered, shyly walking towards them.
How you doing? Bette asked, realizing once again how much little Tina was just the perfect copy of her aunt.
Nodding, Tina smiled the moment she noticed Jamie on the bed. Reaching Bettes side, she handed her a piece of paper.
Whats this? Bette asked taking the paper.
Oh, is it for me? she added looking at the drawing, noticing little Tinas blush
Nodding, caressing Juless tiny hand Tina shyly smiled.
