_______________
"Dana" Lara whispered. "Baby, wake up. I can't feel my arm." She gently stroked Danas side.
Dana was nestled into the curve of Laras belly. She awoke with a start. What? What is it? Whats going on?
Shhh, its ok - you fell asleep Lara re-assured.
Asleep - oh jeez, what a bonehead move. Unbelievable. What must Lara think now? She shook her head and then remembered Lara had said something about her arm.
Dana rolled over and massaged Laras arm - starting at the fingers and working her way up. The flames of desire flickered brightly in the pit of her stomach. From the catch in Laras breathing, she felt it too.
Encouraged by her response, Dana worked her way up Laras arm - first with her hands and then with her lips. Small, gentle kisses to sooth the hurt. She nestled into the sweet spot on Laras neck - pressing her lips gently into the most sensitive spots.
Lara moaned her approval. Oh, God, Dana. If you want to stop, you have to stop now. I cant take much more.
Dana pulled back, looked into Laras eyes. They were filled with desire and want mirroring her own. She shook her head slightly to clear it out. Did she want to stop - not really, but she wanted to build something more lasting than tonight. She was always screwing things up, but not this time.
Dana wrestled herself to a sitting position. Ummm, Tomorrow night - I mean later tonight, do you want to come over for dinner? You could bring your suit and we can soak in the hot tub? Dana asked shyly.
Dont you have to practice tomorrow?
Well, yeah, but we can order in.
No, No, Ill bring something from work, Lara replied.
With the slightest hint of a grin - Dana asked Vegetables with those little grill marks, those light dipping sauces?
Only if I get to feed them to you? Lara retorted, playfully.
Oh yeah - the place could catch on fire with the heat between them - both grinning like fools.
What time is good for you?
8:00"
Ill come by then.
Such an easy exchange and so much to look forward to.
Lara pulled Dana into her embrace once more. Their mouths met, gently coaxing and taunting, teasing. With shallow breath, Lara opened the door for Dana.
Until tonight she whispered and softly closed the door behind her.
_______________
The long practice had done little to ebb her excitement. Her body felt the dull ache from hard work, but the fire in her stomach pushed it away.
Nervously, she checked the house one more time. The table was set, the good plates.
