“Tina, sounds good babe.  Dinner afterwards, there is a great place called Pita Pit that I love.”  Bette was nervous and excited about playing.  ‘What’s the worst thing that happens?  I suck and don’t play again and well, Tina dumps me.  Hah.’

“Sounds good, oh I have to go, they are calling me on the new set..love you baby.”  “Love you too..see you soon Tina.  Bye!”

Bette got the last minute updates for her new show for next week and was really excited about her Horowitz show.  It would be a good step for her impressionist idea she had and would also hope to get some of the famous people to come by as well.  ‘fuck, need to go and get ready, shit, she will be there soon.’  Bette leaves for the day and speeds home to get changed.  Tina pulls up earlier and is banging on the door.  “Jesus Tina, come in!”  Bette is annoyed and nervous.  “Why so in a rush?  I am almost ready and you are early?”  Tina can tell her being nervous is not helping Bette.  “Sorry I just wanted to…”  Tina comes over to Bette and hugs her.  They share the embrace and can feel each other’s nerves fade a bit.  “Sorry T, just nervous.  I don’t want to make us both look like fools.”  Tina stokes Bette’s hair.  “You could never do that to me baby.  Come on, lets have fun and kick some ass.”  Tina winks at Bette and slaps her ass.  “Baby, keep that up and we won’t leave.”  Bette looked at Tina and loved the cute soccer shorts and sandals she was wearing.  “Ok, lets go.” 

Tina and Bette drive quietly to the soccer field.  Tina blared her dance music to Bulldog “Go Girl” and Rihianna “Disturbia”.  “Tina, shit…slow down and fuck, that is loud.”  Bette liked the music, but shit was so loud.  “Bette I am getting pumped up we are almost there.  Relax.”  Bette shook her head and sat back in her seat.  “Ok, baby, its cool.”  They reach the field.  “Oh shit, gonna barf.”  Bette felt so nervous all of the sudden.  “Ok, I am good, fuck T.”  They get out and set themselves up for the game.
