Dana got in the car was about to blocks away went her cell phone went off.

“Hello.”

“Dana it’s not nice to fuck and run.”

“I did no such thing; I went to get breakfast and am almost home.”

They both hung up. Dana parked the car and walked in. Alice was already in the kitchen with coffee.

“What did you bring me?”

“Warm sticky buns with icing on the top.”

“Yummy!”

The women ate breakfast.

“So you want to start packing?”

“Yea there’s not time like the present.”

They went into Alice’s room and grabbed a large sized duffle bag.

“Alice do you think your going to need a bag that bag we are only going to be gone for 3 days.”

“I like to be prepared.”

“Okay.”

“How about you tell what I’ll need, I’ll get it and you can pack because you are way better than me at that.”

“Two sets of pjs?”

“Yea.”

“Why?”

“Because if you win I’m going to want fresh pjs.”

“Two set of pjs it is.”

“You go to need three outfits, probably comfy ones because you’ll be sitting in stands.”

“You’re going to want to take something dressy incase I win and want to take you out on the town.”

Alice threw in an extra out fit just in case; Dana didn’t understand why she needed all this stuff.

“What about toiletries.”

“Don’t worry I’m got that, I mean there not point in both of us taking the same things.”

“Not to sound rude or anything but are we rooming together.”

“Alice of course we are.”

“Okay I didn’t know if I was stay with Helena or if you wanted your own room.”

“Well it looks like we are done here.”

“My equipment and workout stuff is all packed all I need is some clothes.”

“Alright lets go.”

The two women had Dana packed in record time.

“So what do you want to do for the rest of the day.”

“I was thinking maybe we could pack a picnic and go up to that place you always talk about off the trail you run.”

“That sounds amazing.”

Alice grabbed blankets and jackets, while Dana packed dinner. They loaded everything into the car and headed for the trail.
