She drank her water and decided on a shower.  Dana felt relieved when the hot water hit her achy muscles. Alice didn’t hear Dana come home but she did hear the water to the shower turn on. She got out of bed and walked to the bathroom door. She knock softly but Dana didn’t hear it over the running water she walked in.

“Dana.”

“Yea Alice?”

“I knocked but you must not have heard it but I wanted to say I love you.”

“I love you to babe.”

“Dana?”

“Yea”

“I was wondering if tomorrow when you come if you can help me pack?”

“Sure.”

“Thanks”

Alice turned around and started to walk out the door when Dana stopped her

“Alice?”

“Yea Dane.”

“Thank you for deciding to come with.”

Comments: Yes, yes, yes...I knew Alice would go with Dana :) I'm sick and tired of Sharon. Dana needs to stop talking to her, at least until Sharon finally accepts that Dana is mature enough to decide how and with whom she wants to spend her life. Thanks for the update.

Comments: On the one hand, I understand what Sharon is saying. But on the other, bigger hand: Step off! She can give the ticket to whoever she wants. Hee! To Helena thinking Alice was calling for a date. So glad Alice decided to go. Of course, I would have gotten in the shower with Dana, but, to each their own. ;-D Thanks for the great update, Amanda!!

Comments: MOTHERS can be so childish and needy. Maybe Lenore actually gave Alice space to grow into her own person while Sharon is dependent on Dana for her own identity and feelings of worthiness?
