I stuck my hand out and he took it, making me feel the sweat from his palms, doing the same with Luca. Suppressing the urge to wipe my hands and disrespect him, I let it hang limp at my side.

“Let’s get down to business shall we?” Luca asked,

“Do lets” Chris smiled menacingly, showing us his somewhat yellow teeth.

My eyes slightly narrowed as I took a cigarette from my pack and handed one to Luca and light mine up before throwing the lighter his way.

My best mate sensed it too but I turned my head to the side to signal no, I wanted to make sure I was fully right with my assumptions before actually doing anything.

Luca scanned the area quickly with his eyes, 18 to 13. They were at a slight disadvantage.

“You, open it up” Chris barked at one of his men.

The man in his late 20’s gingerly opened the large wooden box, revealing a variety of rifles including AK-47, Colt M4A1 Carbine, H&K G3/SG-1 and more that I couldn’t think of from the top of my head.

I snapped my fingers and Luca slammed the suitcase onto one of the untouched wooden boxes and flipped it open. There was a light tap from the front door that Chris didn’t hear and my ears perked, my men stiffening. Luca heard it too but continued with his act.

“Deal?” Chris asked, grinning.

His eyes were fixed securely on the money and as he went to grab it Luca snapped the case shut onto his fingers and drove a knife up his chin. His men sprang into action, reaching for their guns when half of them were already down.

Too slow.

81.

I pulled the extra clip out form my pocket and slipped it in, as I ducked behind more boxes. I pulled one of my men with me, when the wooden stand behind him now bore 3 holes, what he would have been.

“Thanks” he breathed.

I spotted Luca at least 4 metres in front of me max and he turned back, sliding my lighter over to me with less than half the gas left.

“The moment you see me throw this, I want you to stand up and shoot everyone you can got me? If you run out, don’t go for another clip, I’ll take care of them. You get the others to help you load the rifles into our van understand?”

There was still the occasional gunshot that echoed in the abandoned warehouse and the man beside me nodded, not trusting himself with words.

“Good man” I patted his shoulder before getting into position. From listening to the guns go off, I could tell there were still 3 diagonally to my right, one straight ahead and at least 2 to the left.

On all fours, I made my way over to Luca and grinned.

“Cover me and go for the left” I ordered.

Luca nodded, looking me in the eye.

“Three” we pulled the chambers back.

“Two” I clutched the lighter in my right hand, gun in left.

“One” Luca stood up and shot the two, and spent the rest of his bullets shooting at where the others would be so they wouldn’t dare get up. I moved closer to the three behind the rifles and threw the lighter down beside them with all the strength I could muster, covering my eyes when the small explosion happened.

The man I saved before buried a bullet into another enemies head and I turned back to grin at him. I swung back around to punch one in the face, hearing a sickening crunch at his nose which I had no doubt broken and kicked at his legs. I shot the other in the stomach and then his head when he was trying to frantically put out the fire on his pants and legs.

82.

I turned to the last man, pointing the gun to him when he knocked it from my hands and tried to swipe at my head with his machete.

I ducked and kicked at his knees, watching them bend back when it wasn’t supposed to and felt the cool metal tear at my shoulder as he went down. Growling, I pulled his arm forward, bending it back and taking the machete from him, slicing it at his throat. His blood poured out of him as he fell to the floor by my feet, red on my chucks.

83.

I left the other man unconscious on the floor as I turned back to my men who were already at work, carrying the large amounts of weapons back into our vans. I watched the last of them get loaded into our vehicles before getting into my car and we drove back to Leo’s.

Keilar was there to greet us, smirk on his face, he knew we won.

`Normal POV_

Once the weapons were taken down to the basement, they were free to go and majority of them were going to Heat and Shane went along. Her thoughts suddenly drifted to Carmen and the night they had spent together.

She decided there was something seriously wrong with her.
