We see a reshot of Bette, Tina and Helena and Peggy Peabody sitting around the restaurant-table. Helena’s passionate rant before Peggy places a hand on her arm and carefully choses the words to tell Bette she knows Maxime McFay is her mother. We see Bettes cold response to this, and the relevation that her mother has passed away, followed by Helena leaving and Peggy getting up to tell Bette: ‘Watch it, Porter, Im gonna tear you apart...’ which is answered with: ‘I’m looking forward to it...’

# the scene  fades away and we see the HOLLYWOOD sign, before

the camera turns and we see Bette and Tina, wordlessly, enter the elevator. The blonde is casting a nervous look in the brunettes direction, who’s thoughtfully staring at the opposite wall, avoiding eyecontact. As they get out, Bette openes the door of the hotelroom and strides, without further ado, in the direction of the balcony, to open the doors#

In the background we hear the soft sounds of a piano, rising in Dan Gibson’s ‘Wishing’ from the album ‘Piano cascades’

Pretty Women, episode 15A

Apprehensively, with small steps, Tina approached the woman who was so clearly consumed in her thoughts. Taking in the galleryowners rigid movements as she pulled up a chair and put it on the threshold of the french doors she had just opened, the blonde couldn’t help but notice, again, that amazing beauty that surrounded the brunette. It was as if all the features, all the gestures blended together in a magnificent piece of art. And as Bette stared outside, the lit fire illuminating her so that shadows hid parts of her face, she was even more inaccessible then she had been before... But, Tina felt, with a pull of her heart, also very desirable...

It had nothing to do with physical passion, even though the brunette had been the only one, the blonde had to admit, to ever raise that fire inside her. But it was the lurch of her soul, as she watched those tensed shoulders, it was the call of a heart, that made her continue to walk in Bettes direction.

The silence was stretching, and Tina felt how her heartbeat increased with every step she took. Long brown curls were caught by the wind, as Bette still stared outside, feeling more empty than she had in a long time... Or maybe just allowing herself to feel the emptyness that had been inside her for that long time...

You didn’t say much on the way back home...

The blonde’s voice sounded casual, but a hint of the worry she felt, trickled through, making Bette look upto her slowly as the pretty woman made her way passed her and leaned against the balcony’s banisters. Taking in the stunning beauty of the woman in front of her, the brunette felt the lump in her throat grow rapidly, preventing her to speak. It was as if, by just looking at the sweet and lovely woman in front of her, all her emotions overwhelmed her...

It was now Tina who stared into the dark, her hands trembling as she bit her bottom lip, uncertain whether to go on... She wanted Bette to open up, wanted her to talk about the evenings events, wanted her to let down the wall that had erected to quickly once Peggy Peabody had mentioned her mother... But in the mean while she was scared. Scared that the brunette was indeed as heartless as she said she was? No, because if this current state didn’t portray that at least the things that had happened had effected the galleryowner, Tina knew allready in her heart that the other woman had been hurt earlier... If she was honest to herself Tina knew that she wasn’t even scared that her mentioning the issue would have her fired... More so she was terrified to be waved off... To know for certain that Bette didn’t want to open upto her...
