Dawsons23 Yeah that car is sounding, well not very dependable. I was hoping I would get you guys with the daydream and I guess I got a few of you which is cool. Be expecting a few more daydreams, and maybe I can trick you in a different way in this chap. There is a long road and it won't be an easy one with these ladies and their sexual chemistry. Thanks for your constant comments they light up my afternoons :)
starlal- Welcome! Yeah poor Cliff he has no idea about Alice and Dana's past he's just so helpful and kind. He's going to be kickin himself in the ass when he finds out though. Thanks for reading I will try to keep it NC-17 for the most part, my mind is far too dirty to rate any lower :)
JazzyS- I was hoping you would enjoy the fight and I'm seriously excited about tricking you guys, it's nice to know I can create a "wtf" expression on someone's face. This wasn't THE break up scene but it's leading up to it, Alice can't handle the fact that Dana won't tell Lara to bugger off. Alice will say the words and you will know when it comes :( Tell me if you like the car scene I didn't want it to come off too cheesy and I was trying to stay true to Danish past events.
Tanja1975- Yeah the road will be...well, arduous but our girls will make it through. I don't think Danish could survive in a small bed, if I put these two together in a hotel room that would be the end of the story and Alice would never go back to Cliff :) Thanks for the comment and I'll keep writing if you keep reading :)
Adelefiz- Welcome! and thanks a lot I hope you continue to read and stay tuned for the new fic I'll be posting soon.
AIDANNE- Sex isn't foremost, but for these too it's awfully hard to ignore such a good thing :) They'll communicate but it will be slow, with so much pride and embarassment in the way it's hard to really say what you need to. NC-17 cumming right up, just for you (ha! cumming get it.)
rbelinda18- Yeah this trip will reveal to Dana something big and fishy going on and I hope I can have you on the edge of your seat.
coll- Hey right back atcha! And No! no car accidents, and no one will die that much I can promise :) I will take you up on the pm though I'm seriously lost on the tennis stuff.
brteyes- what can I say that hasn't already been said? :) I do need your comments, what you have to say means a great deal to me, and when I do not recieve them I weep into the night curling into the fetal postion and lying there until you appease the comment Gods. Yeah drug induced Dana is coming real soon don't you worry about that, I am making no promises about the daydreaming though, I'm only saying that you only need to endure one more chap of it. Car troubles are ahead, and I know you're not wondering, you got a pre-release of the chap. Yes I tease, but there is always a great deal of pleasure that accompanies it ;) You want more, you got more babe!
P.S. there's no need to be a smart ass you know you can't be the biggest fan of your biggest fan. :)

Only ten minutes into the trip they were already lost and Alice was getting frustrated,
"Damn construction, is it so hard to give a fucking detour?" Dana rolled her eyes and began fishing around Alice's glove compartment,
"Where is your map Al?" The writer looked at the athlete and smiled,
"Map?" Dana nodded still looking, under the seat, behind the seat. Dana's ass was hitting Alice in the face, and not in a good way
"You have a map Al, everyone has a map," Alice chuckled when Dana gave up trying to find it.
"Why would I have a map of West Hollywood? I lived here my whole life Dane," the athlete scoffed flipping the overhead mirror down halfheartedly hoping she'd find what she was looking for.
"Well apparently that wasn't long enough...take North Oxford to Serrano that will take you to the 101." Dana gestured wildly as Alice passed the street,
"Why would I take North Oxford when Santa Monica will take me right to the 101 Dana?...See we don't need a map." The athlete nodded in agreement,
"You're absolutely right, Santa Monica would take you to the 101....if the exit wasn't closed for construction." Dana grinned as Alice pumped her brakes for the rather large orange construction sign she should have seen a mile back. The writer huffed, pulling the small blue car around into a rather dangerous U-turn in the middle of the street, Dana's head bobbed as she gloated silently.
"Laugh it up Fairbanks it won't be so funny when you're walking," Dana stopped grinning but mumbled under her breath,
"The way this car is sputtering, we're both going to be walking."
Once they'd hit the 101 it was pretty much a straight shot to San Diego, which meant the conversation needed to begin. Dana sat with her head resting back, staring at the ceiling, Alice kept looking over hoping it would inspire Dana to snap out of it and talk to her.
"You know Dane the reason I wanted someone to go on this trip so bad was so I would have someone to talk to. Right now, you're pretty much dead weight." Dana sighed snapping out of her daydream,
"Sorry Al I was off somewhere," Alice nodded as she smacked her lips.
"So what were you thinkin about?" Dana looked at Alice long and hard, her stare so intense Alice had to briefly look away from the road.
"I was thinking about you...how fucking sexy you look right now and how I wish you would pull this car over so I could fuck you senseless," Alice stared at the athlete confused, wondering if Dana was really serious. The writer pulled the wheel of the car hard to the right, onto the shoulder.
"I think that can be arranged...Jesus Tittyfuck!" As Alice pulled the hard to the right to avoid an animal in the street, Dana snapped out of her daydream to clutch her seat belt and scream for her life. Alice rolled her eyes, as the athlete dramatically pretended to hyperventilate, only partially from the near death experience, the other reason her heart was pounding was her overactive imagination.
"Oh please gimme a break Dane it was not that serious," The athlete looked to the road behind them,
"Al, I think you lost a hubcap." The blonde slowed down and looked behind them, pulling the car into yet another highly dangerous U-turn. Dana closed her eyes as cars honked and strangers scream expletives out of their windows
"Well shit, where is it." The both got out of the car and scanned the area, Dana pausing when she saw a familiar gleam,
"Um, Al I think I found it." Alice hopped over the tall grass that lined the road and stopped eyes wide,
"Ok well pick it up for me will ya?" The athlete shook her head violently,
"No way in hell I'm picking that up," The writer winced as she stared at her hubcap lodged directly in a dead raccoon, Alice placed her hands over her face and shrieked into them.
"yuck!" Alice peeked through her fingers looking at the athlete
"Please get it Dane, I don't want to touch that." Dana continued to shake her head as she covered her nose from the smell slowly backing toward the car.
"Hell no, Al, I'm not even sure that thing is dead." The raccoon's fur moved either from breathing or the light breeze that settled on them. The writer calmed her breathing and began to hype herself into pulling the hubcap out of the carcass, it looked very similar to a boxer getting ready for a big fight.
"Ok here we go, just grab and yank...one quick motion...you're such a pussy Fairbanks!" Alice yelled as she darted forward to grab the hubcap as fast as she could. But the quick movements by the writer alerted the almost dead raccoon, the animals eyes popping open and making horrible sound that was a mixture of raccoons screeching and Alice's yelping as she ran back to the car, afraid the animal might follow. Dana saw the blonde running for her life so she followed suit tripping into the car her hands sliding off the passenger side window to the ground. Alice ran with her knees high in the air, as her high pitched squeals filled the forrest, un-nesting birds. They both sat in the blue car petrified and shaking, Alice was the first to speak.
"I think I'll just buy a new hubcap," Dana nodded in agreement as she pulled off a little slower this time, driving right past her actual hubcap, sitting safely on the opposite side of the road.
"For a professional athlete you're kind of like a pris," Once the general shock had worn off Alice chuckled to Dana, who rolled her eyes.
"You know just because I'm an athlete doesn't mean I'm ok with reaching my hand in the bowels of a dead animal, and that doesn't mean I'm a pris. It just means that I've seen Pet Cemetery enough times to know I'm not going near any animals that aren't either stuffed or breathing. Alice laughed hard at this and Dana grinned happy she could still make the writer smile, the writer continued to laughed realizing the situation that was actually quite funny when she looked back on it.
"I don't even think the raccoon was dead Dana, it started screaming and I'm pretty sure I saw it breathing." Dana made a face of disgust,
"I can't believe you wanted me to touch that, I can't believe you even tried to." They laughed talking about raccoons and other animals they'd encountered, happy that something broke the ice and got them thinking about something besides the break-up.

Capitol Academy was very much your above-average private prep school, uniforms, long clean hallways, and of course, BMW driving teenagers. Alice and Dana arrived a little early taking the time to stroll through the halls and talk about their high school experiences. Dana ran her hands along the tall blue lockers,
"Wow, this looks exactly like my high school." the athlete obviously had fond memories of high school, Alice however was not so ecstatic.
"Yeah I went to a school kinda like this for a while, mom you know had this phase where she wanted us to have the finest education. I spent about three weeks at Flint View Academy, but I guess the principal didn't think welding all the drawers in his desk shut was very funny. Especially since I'd just been caught smoking behind the gym and was rumored to going all the way with Will Jones, captain of the basketball team, in the guys locker room just a couple of days before. Dana's face wrinkled in confusion,
"You did all of that in three weeks?" As the walked past a water fountian Alice flipped the nozzle sending water into the air,
"Yeah there was more but I can't remember all of it so..." Just as they rounded the corner to the gym a young girl with short light brown hair and bright green eyes jogged toward them. Alice opened her arms and gave her niece a big hug turning toward Dana to introduce,
"Dana this is Emily, my niece and kick ass ping-pong player, and Emily this is..." Emily's eyes grew wide as she stared at Dana finishing Alice's sentence in breathy awe.
"You're Dana Fairbanks....oh....my...GOD!...you're Dana Fairbanks." Both Alice and Dana stood there wide eyed and astonished as Emily's mouth emitted a high pitched scream and she bolted back to the locker room. The athlete never moved, only swinging her eyes toward Alice giving her a 'what the fuck' look. Seconds later a host of young girls were flocking around Dana, giggling and snapping pictures from their camera phones. Emily took the time to explain,
"We watch women's tennis all of the time, a lot of us play too...actually this is Rachel right here, she's the captian of the tennis squad." A young girl bashfully waved at Dana, hands in her pockets not wanting to bother the athlete. After a few minutes of idol-worship and complements, an older woman stepped out the locker room obviously looking for her team.
"So I guess we should just forfeit since nobody wants to play." The girls ran back into the locker room as the coach introduced herself,
"My apologies ladies, the girls get excited and loud.
