I know it's driving some people insane how Bette and Tina get so close yet don't act on their feelings, but I think it's cute. Right now they are like 2 teenagers in that awkward stage before becoming exclusive. Except these 2 are adults who have to work things out before jumping in the sack or their actions will be cheapened.

TD,Such a breath of fresh air as Bette and Tina slip into the easy conversation of friends. Things are slowly moving forward as they each realize and appreciate what they had and how they lost it. Being civil with each other is a great step and more so knowing that they both want more but only are too scared to tempt fate further at the moment. You have such a wonderful way with words. From a certain phone message of ˇ§I wantˇ¨ to the ˇ§didnˇ¦t wantˇ¨, Bette has certainly changed/grown/matured. ˇ§She didn't want it, but it wasn't a surprise how happy she felt doing what she did not want to want.ˇ¨ I believe Buddhism teaches letting go of oneˇ¦s needs in order to gain spiritually. Perhaps this is the way for Bette to have a family again!! Knowing that this will lead to ˇ§Pick A Partˇ¨ soothe any fears, doubts, insecurities and tip-toeing with these ladies worthwhile.
