Chapter 2

Tina:

I have always looked at women, I mean I could tell whether a girl was attractive or not...

But the way my eyes were drawn to this brunette... I really never experienced anything like it before! My tiredness was instantly forgotten. It seemed like she and I were the only two in the gallery. And when she was making her way towards me, it seemed the only logical thing to do to continue stare into those chocolatebrown eyes, that curiously looked into mine.

Eric's voice bought me back to earth when he said "Hi Bette, I would like you to meet my girlfriend Tina Kennard"
Geezzz... I really must be tired, I feel lightheaded when she takes my hand...
"Tina, this is Bette Porter" Eric's voice seems to drift away, and when my eyes meet hers again I see something in them that I can't put my finger on... She looks a bit sad... But she seems really at ease when she says "I've heard so much about you Tina" I think someone must have opened the door the minute I heared her voice because I at once goosebumps were all over my body.
Geez... this wasn't such a good idea after all, was I coming down with a fever or something? It seemed really hot in there... And it took me a few seconds to recollect my thoughts. When I felt Eric pinch my waist I realized I hadn't said  a word yet... My voice sounded hoarse when I said to her "I heard a lot about you too..." D**n... what was the matter with me??? I felt like I was fainting... hearing the blood running though my ears when she replied with a smile "All lies I presume?" Eric laught at the joke but I couldn't. Still holding on to her hand (I was afraid I was gonna faint if I let go) I tried to smile but it felt like my lips were glued together or something... Concerned chocolatbrown eyes looked into mine when she felt I grabed on to her hand tighter and I felt myself drift away in the lightheadedness I was feeling since the moment I set foot in this place...
